• I am a twenty-something teacher and assistant housemistress at a boarding school, trying to strike a balance between work, play and fitness.
  • I have spent most of my life teetering on the edge of, (or arguably over the edge of) an eating disorder.
  • I workout 3-5 times a week, dependent on my goals and work demands. Exercise is my main stress relief and helps me to contain my anxiety about over and undereating.

This blog is a place to consider my overall health – mind and body. I write about exercise regimes I have followed or am following, my struggle with disordered eating and anything else which I feel has an impact on my wellbeing.
